A master builders award winning home originally constructed in 1997. Extensively renovated in 2022, including a full re-clad and new replacement thermally broken joinery units.

It was important to retain some of the original design features, while bringing the original home into todays world for our clients who have a young family.

A remodelled kitchen/dining/living space, master bedroom/robe/ensuite were major improvements to the homes ground floor level.

Design and Garden Landscapes undertook the significant re-model of the street frontage, while creating a new space out the back as an all-weather artificial court area, spa and trampoline space.

The upper floor is yet to be re-modelled, as our clients are taking a well earnt break 😉
